Great service yet again. Couldn't make the basket of flowers, but sent me a text and left a voicemail to inform me, would not use anyone else.

rc ferguson gave beautiful flowers there always so beautiful they put a lot of work into them and are so nice and polite and helpful

Beautiful flowers albeit not in the basket we wanted - not the florists fault- and when I complained to website, florist rang to apologise and delivered a Christmas table posy , a box of chocolates and a bag of apples - fantastic customer service turning a disappointment into a wow ! Excellent service....florist even phoned to apologise for not having my cosen colour scheme and to check that an alternative was acceptable. I have never had such personal service and my friend sent a photo of flowers which are beautiful. Will definitely use again. Same day delivery superb.
