Beautiful flowers albeit not in the basket we wanted - not the florists fault- and when I complained to website, florist rang to apologise and delivered a Christmas table posy , a box of chocolates and a bag of apples - fantastic customer service turning a disappointment into a wow ! Thank you so much and will definitely buy from Ferguson???s again.

Excellent service....florist even phoned to apologise for not having my cosen colour scheme and to check that an alternative was acceptable. I have never had such personal service and my friend sent a photo of flowers which are beautiful. Will definitely use again. Same day delivery superb.
