The company involved in actually making the bouquet did a wonderful job, apparently, I didn’t see the flowers but they were given very good reviews. The only issue I had was the actual ordering process. I spent ages completing the order form and right at the end I got a message saying that the delivery address was out with the area serviced by them. I had to go to another shop and go through the form all over again. Can you believe how frustrated I was when the same message appeared. I was ready for passing on the flowers when another message appeared informing me that for £3.00 they would deliver to the address. I immediately agreed! Why could the first shop not have done that? The areas covered should be made known before the agony of completing the order form is endured.

Absolutely a fantastic service. Ordered evening before a wreath for funeral. Phone call in the morning to follow up. They delivered it to the undertaker in plenty time for to go in with my mum on her journey to the crematorium. Beautiful flowers and very reasonably priced. Can???t thank them enough for. there excellent service and professionalism.
